Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SailPoint Administrator to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering SailPoint IdentityIQ and will be responsible for ensuring the platform’s availability, performance, and alignment with business access control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform, including configuration, integration, and upgrades.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of SailPoint including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, certifications, and role management.

  • Troubleshoot system and integration issues across connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain rules, workflows, and scripts (Beanshell) to meet custom business requirements.

  • Monitor and tune system performance and perform periodic health checks.

  • Work with internal security, IT, and business teams to ensure effective identity governance policies.

  • Provide timely support and incident resolution related to SailPoint and identity services.

  • Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and system changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (Administration & Support).

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, and compliance controls.

  • Proficiency in Java, XML, and Beanshell scripting within SailPoint.

  • Experience integrating with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow or IdentityIQ)

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git)

  • Knowledge of cloud IAM platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD)
