Are you a seasoned automotive professional with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, and manufacturing, and a special knack for ideation? We are actively seeking a Senior Automotive Consultant with at least a decade of industry experience, where ideation is not just encouraged but celebrated.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert guidance to automotive clients on a variety of projects, including vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and, importantly, ideation.
    • Lead teams in evaluating and enhancing automotive products and processes, with a strong focus on innovation and ideation.
    • Delve deep into assessments and benchmarking to uncover areas where creative thinking can drive improvements and cost savings.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement imaginative solutions that elevate product performance, trim costs, and boost efficiency.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to clients.
    • Skillfully translate insights into comprehensive reports and presentations that captivate and inspire action.
    
* Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
* 10+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
* An exceptional ideation specialist with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and the ability to infuse creativity into problem-solving.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated exploratory, innovative mindset.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. This may include local and domestic travel.
* Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to work on our government contracts
